The North Windham studio is a state of the art facility which will allow you to experience the
benefits of the Martial Arts in a clean, safe environment. The Plaza offers plenty of well lit
parking, with easy access from the Route Six expressway.
Students will enjoy training on over 1,100 square feet of one and a half inch thick Swain
matting. This is the best floor system available, as it combines the forgiving qualities of high
density foam with an easy to clean vinyl surface. Students will have access to all of the
latest training equipments, including Century Wavemasters and the new Variable Training
System. Other features include a built in stereo surround sound system, flat screen media
center, a filtered and cooled drinking fountain, and carpeted men's and women's changing
rooms.
While the students are training, friends and family can watch class through our large
windows, or simply sit back and relax to the sound of light music and bamboo water
fountains. There is plenty of seating, and the lobby is enclosed so that the students will not
be distracted, and those viewing are not subjected to the noise of our high energy classes.
