Just call (456-8020) or email (villaris@earthlink.net) to set up an orientation. In your 15 minute orientation, we will give you a tour of our facility, introduce you to our certified instructor team, and set up your first class. In your first class, we will provide you with a full introduction including fitness and flexibility drills and some basic martial arts movements. After class, we will be available to answer any questions you may have. |
