Get in shape in a fun, positive environment! Improve your cardio health, increase your flexibility, and tone your muscles under the guidance of trained martial arts professionals. No experience is necessary to pick up the patterns in this simple but high-energy work out.
Class Format:
- Warm-up with light cardiovascular exercises
- Work up a sweat with traditional cardio kickboxing patterns
- Optional resistance training on heavy bags (gloves required)
- Optional partnering drills to build coordination and timing
- Fat-burning cool down
- Flexibility training and stretching
- Upper body and core strengthening and conditioning
Train up to four days a week between our two locations
