Tai Chi
Imagine having the ability to remain calm and relaxed in tense situations. Each week you can break the stress cycle, boost your immune system, and lose yourself in the graceful flow of mind and body moving as one.
Through a combination of ancient teachings and modern science, you will learn relaxation and calm through breathing and gentle movement. Best of all, you will own a skill that you can take with you anywhere, a skill that will add more years to your life and more life to your years.

Our next Tai Chi beginner session will begin in the fall. Day and times TBA. If you have a group of people interested in Tai Chi you may request special session and we will do our best to accomadate you. Groups must include 8 or more participants.

Currently, new students are only accepted into our Tai Chi session in September of each year. We will gladly create new class times & sessions at other points throught the year if we have a group of 8 or more willing to commit to a time. Submit your request and we will do what we can to make it happen for you!
